  • Our agent will provide all of the necessary forms for your home to be on the market and in compliance with all state and national laws.

  • Your home is on the market in both the York County and Charlotte MLS systems within 24 hours – unless you have other plans.
  • If your home is in our tour area – the agents in our office will preview it.
  • You receive instant access to all of your showings and feedback from other agents on showings.com.
  • You will receive instant area/neighborhood real estate market updates including new listings (your competition), price reductions, pending, sold, expired, and withdrawn homes via email.
  • Your home is put on a lockbox – for secure private showings.
  • Our agent or the Listing Manager will contact you every week to discuss feedback, strategy, and advertising.

  • Our agent will negotiate the best price and terms for you.
