Locally

The first thing we do is help you to get your home sold is  work with you to get it priced correctly and in great condition. All the advertising in the world, does not increase the value of the property. Having a house properly staged at a price that buyers and appraisers agree on is crucial to the sale of your home.

We provide outside brochures for instant information for prospective “drive-by” buyers. Neighborhood permitting. We provide a color home book providing buyers in depth information and color pictures of your home. We know it is old school but many of today’s buyers still find them helpful. We also provide a reflective  sale sign. Our sign shows out in the middle of the night.

We love doing Open Houses. In the last couple of years, and with the current technology, Open Houses are back. In our company, we have the team approach. We all work together to get your property sold. When you hire one of us, you get all of us. It may not be your agent holding the open house, but it will be someone from our team.  Speaking of teams, all of our agents tour your property if it is located in our tour zone. There is nothing like being inside a property to really get a true feel for it.

In fact, we have a full time staff member Nancy Dimaggio whose job is dedicated to making sure your property is well marketed and stands out against the competition.  We also provide a  virtual tour of your home which gives potential buyers worldwide the ability to visit your home 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. It is the continuous open house and can save you from dealing with showings with people that are “just curious.”
